Hello, I’m a bit confused with the settings for limiting Customers to 2 orders in a 24 hour day. General > Mode > Product Orders > Date Range (This Day) > 24 (Custom Date Range in Hours). Where would I add the 2 orders per day within the plugin settings as the Limits tab is specific to products? Kindly advise, thanks.

    Hello @drewdrewchristophercom,

    Thanks for reaching us.

The free version of the plugin just allows you to limit the number of times each product may be ordered. But if that’s what you are looking for, then please follow the general instructions below:

    1. First, please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Maximum Products per User > General and set Mode to Product orders. Then set the Date range to Last 24 hours and Order statuses to appropriate statuses,

    2. Then please go to the Limits section and set the Limit per user to 2.

However, with this setup, you cannot restrict the total order that a user may make from your website. In such a case, you would need to use the Per Product Taxonomy option. But this feature is only available in the plugin’s Pro version. As the WordPress Forum Guidelines restrict us from discussing commercial features here, could you kindly contact us through our forum so that I can assist you with the setup?

    Kind regards
