Limit order quantity in Shopping Cart

    Hi,
    I have searched everyone but can’t find anything on this topic. I have free shipping set for orders over a certain amount, but I would like to limit the amount of items that can be added to the shopping cart. For example, maximum 10 items per order.
    The free shipping function is great, but I have noticed that people are taking advantage of it by ordering bulk quantities of products, which is not profitable for me. I don’t want to remove the free shipping option as it is a good selling point, but I would like to know if it is possible to limit the amount of items that can be added to each order?

    Hi dwickham thank you for your question. Unfortunately the free version has limitations. If you purchase the pro version it will provide this feature plus more features.

    Thanks for your reply. If I change to the pro version (eStore) will I have to change all of my short codes? Or does eStore use the same short code? Just asking as I have a LOT of products on my site which would mean a large amount of work to change each short code on each product.

    Hi dwickham, I afraid yes. Both plugins work in similar ways but use different shorcodes. Also eStore has a ton of extra features.
