Limit or adjust photo size?

I haven’t seen this question addressed specifically. Is there a way to limit or adjust the photo size that folks upload on their personal campaign pages? I can go in and adjust the picture manually in the media library, but currently there doesn’t seem like a way to do so and often pictures are uploaded that take up the whole page. Thanks for any ideas!
