Limit on number of pages displayed

Hi there!

I just started using your plugin, and it was going really well, until I started to add more pages to the menu structure. Now the pages that were listed at the bottom of the list have disappeared. I mean, I don’t see them on the plugin page. They’re still showing up on the website I’m working on. But how can I edit them if I can’t see them on the plugin page? Is there some sort of limit to the number of pages listed? How can I display all of them?
