Limit of users at once

    Is there a limit to the number of users that may stand in the csv file? (at once)
    and I will bring users simultaneously informed via the e-mail function. Is also a limit to? (number of emails at once?)

    No by this plugin, those limits are set by your hosting limits and your SMTP mail server limits.
