[NSFW] Limit Number of User Registration

if I am not wrong… the limit function works based on number of forms submitted, rather number of users… Would be great to know, if I can limit the registration based on the active user count ( better even by role)

We can’t limit form submission on the number of user registrations. But since only one user can register per submission, limiting by the number of submissions will do the same thing.

Thank you for your response.. There is a business case for number of users.. let me give an example..

my client site is subscribed based on 50 active users.. and their employees may come and go, and they can delete the old users but limit to 50 active users.. as the old and new registration would both use the form,.. there is no way, I can limit the form to 50 registration limit..as may be 5 employees have left, and hence more signup would happen.. but limit when user limit reached 50.
