    Hi Team,

    Is there any way to limit the number of tickets each user is allowed to create?

    Thanks for contacting us. I hope you are doing well.

    It is not possible to limit the number of tickets per user. User can create unlimited tickets.

    I must agree this is a good suggestion, we will add this suggestion to our suggestion list.
