Limit number of choices in dropdown

    I have a dropdown field with some options, e.g. OP1, OP2, OP3 etc.

    Is there any way to count how many times each option was selected by users who used the form?

    If Yes is there a way to limit the number of times an option is selected?

    For example, I want OP1 to be selected 10 times by potential user. If this limit is reached I want for a subsequent user OP1 not to be available.
