I don’t know what’s the issue but sometimes the limit works but sometimes not.
For example, I checked it, and didn’t work. Then refresh the page and it worked.

What could be a problem?

I use the Code Snippets plugin to insert the custom code you gave me for the limitation. Could that be a problem? Should I insert it another way?

I don’t thing that the Code Snippets is an issue here but I checked the site again and noticed that you are using caching plugin.

Please try excluding pages with the form from cache, then clear cache, and test again. I think it should make it work all the time then.

@wpmudev-support8 I deactivated the cache but the problem is not solved.
It’s weird because sometimes it works. But most times it doesn’t.

Is this happening to a specific form/page?
If so, can you share a URL for us to review?

Can you also expand on what you did exactly? Was that some plugin? Maybe there is some server-side caching or Cloudflare involved too?

Today it works perfectly but the cache is off. I will try later and let you know.
