Limit Number of Bookings Per Day By Same User?

Hello,
I have a members-only site for booking spaces, and so far I can’t tell if there is a method to limit the number of bookings an individual can make on a given calendar. My use case is for booking rooms and to prevent someone from booking every time slot on a given day.

In this functionality within the product? Or is it perhaps available as a paid plugin?
