limit number of ads and replies for a given time frame

I don’t see this as an option in settings, but it would be very useful for preventing floods. With admin notifications on and/or listing approval required, not being able to limit the incoming submissions could potentially result in a flood of emails and submissions on the WP site itself.

We need to be able to block a user from submitting anything beyond what we set as the upper limit (e.g., 2 ads per day, 2 replies to ads per day). This could be done by simply disabling the submit buttons for that user once the limit has been reached.
