Limit Login Attempts version 1.7.1 is not working with WordPress 3.4.1.

I had WordPress version 3.4.1 and Limit Login Attempts version 1.6.2. Now I have made upgrade to Limit Login Attempts version 1.7.1. And is’s not working. A have no message in wp-login.php page about plugin work. And I have not plugin menu in dashboard.
