Limit local pickup to specific stores if certain products are in the cart

Hi, this is a fantastic plugin, good job! My client has several seafood stores, however only some of them sell fresh fish. So if there are products from the category “fresh fish” in the customer’s cart, we need to limit the stores shown as local pickup options (possibly by a tag or some other piece of info we can edit in the store setup).

Does this seem like a possibility with your plugin? Do you expose any hooks or actions that might enable this type of functionality?
