    Hello,

How can i limit the internal links to the category of the post they are made in?

    e.g.
I post a ‘1st month of pregnancy’ article, i add ‘1 month’ as internal link tag.

Now i want ‘1 month’ intenal link only to be placed within the category of that specific post, is there a way to do that?

note: this is just an example, i would like all the internal links to stay with in the categoy of the post so we don’t get unwanted internal links.

    please let me know,
    bob

    Hi @bobpg001

currently, we do not have this feature implemented. It got already requested by a few of our customers, so this is already on our product backlog.

I will keep you updated here when any updates on this are available.

    Hi @bobpg001

I just wanted to follow up on this topic.

We have worked on the feature to limiting links only between the same category. With our latest release from today (version 1.2.14) this is possible with our Pro version.

Find the configuration in the Internal Link Juicer settings under the content tab. From there you can set taxonomies where linking will only happen between posts that sharing the same terms.`
