Limit File Upload

  • Hi
    Currently, the plugin offers to upload multiple files for the when submitting a ticket. Is there a way to limit this lets say only to one file per ticket?

    Also is it possible to remove a filter when ever I go from create ticket tab to tickets tab, i need to clear a filter every-time to view the tickets

  • Hi there,

    Unfortunately we can’t restrict the file upload limit while creating ticket. Also it is not possible to automatically clear the ticket filters.
