Limit Extras to some hours

Is it possible to enable some extra’s to specific hours?
Like this:
– Book a room at : 10:00 or 18:00
– Extra: Diner only possible to select ar 18:00or
– Book a room every hour of the day
– Lunch only between 11:00 and 15:00
– Diner only between 17:00 and 21:00If not possible, can you put this on you change list?
