Limit coupons generation if referral is to NEW customer accounts only.

    I am wondering if there is a way to make it so a referral link can only activate coupon generation if the referral link is used only through a NEW customer account.

    The way this plugin works right now, two users can keep generating unlimited coupons between themselves.

    I really want this plugin to only generate a coupon for NEW customers, with no previous orders.

    Problematic scenario below.

    Customer A can invite Customer B.
    Customer B makes a purchase,
    Customer A gets a coupon.

    Customer B can (in my testing) clear browser cache, make another purchase through the referral link and Customer A gets again a coupon for the SAME customer.

    Hi effgee,

    sorry for such a late reply, I was on vacation.

    This is possible in the paid version, where the site owner can choose if he wants to allow referral to work only for new customers. Its been a while since I updated free version, I’ll see to add it as the option in one of the next update.
