Limit certain Day(s) >> excluded times or the included times?

    Input the included times. I assume you mean 0600 not 0060.

    So 0600-1200, 1400-1900 on the day(s) you want to limit.

    Ok, thank you. Good to know.

    The times I input are the times in which the posts DO go out.
