Limit autoposting speed, autopost requested but not post?

Sorry if my topic title is not clear.
Here is my trouble :
I selected Limit Autoposting speed

Then I published multi post at the same time (about 5-20 posts). The log show Autopost requested
But the post didn’t post to social media
How can I fix this? Are there any way to run cron manually? (And which link to run, I read your instruction about manual cron but don’t understand clearly)
