Limit Access to only certain Domains?

I want to store media files on wordpress, that are accessed by an external domain (which play them). I want that external site to be the only place where someone can play the files.
I see that this plugin can limit access to certain IP addresses. Can it be used to instead limit access to only certain domains?

Looks something similar to this functionality is available here:
https://preventdirectaccess.com/docs/restrict-page-access-referrer-urls/So perhaps it would be straightforward to implement in your plugin, but the functionality might not be available yet.
