A year ago I considered your plugin
For my video but I was not ready.

Now I would like to reconsider.

I understand we can use self hosted.

    For example, I have pcloud, and I can insert a url to link to a video;
    https://www.paularenson.org/pcloud-test/
(See only video as this is an previous check with pcloud support)

Can we do that with any plan or is pcloud not ok?

Second question-your paid (?) plans have storage. How does that work? Do I upload to your plugin and bypass the media library?

If I do not renew do I lose the videos?

    Thanks

    oops–. LINKING.

I cannot see how to add videos with the free plugin.

    Am I missing something.

    Dear @tokyoprogressive,
    Thank you for the inquiry.

The gallery plugin supports Youtube URL and Vimeo URL for videos.
The videos can be added via Embed Video option: https://nimb.ws/EWcFsI
As the videos are added via link, there is no storage issue.
The images can be added either from the media library or the plugin itself.

You will lose your galleries only if you uninstall the plugin.

Thank you. only one thing I do not understand. You mentioned WordPress and Video but since your paid plans come with storage, what is that storage for and how do I use it?

    See below.

    Dear @tokyoprogressive,

    Thanks for the response.

There is no storage allocated within the gallery plugin.

The images are added either to the media library or via the gallery. If added to the gallery directly, the uploaded images can be found in the wp upload directory.

If you have inquiries about the paid plan, please contact our support team using the following form.
