Limb Galery Mosaik-Plugin WORKS NOT!!!

If you are using Limb Gallery with the mosaic pro feature, then we have already sent you the new version. Did you receive it? If yes, then did you deactivate the previous one and then activate the new plugin? Please reactivate the plugin and if it will not solve the problem , please inform us by the following address.
Please also help us by providing your site address and we will do our best to solve the issues asap.

I see that someone else had a problem with the Limb plug-in not working. The response was that a new one was sent.
I installed the Limb plug-in, created and saved a gallery, created a page then clicked the “add limb gallery” button and nothing happened. If I need a new one please send it ASAP.

TW I tried to use the ‘contact us” button and I kept getting the message “Incorrect values.”
I also need to know how to activate the pro feature that I purchased.

@limbcode I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
