Like/Share for every post

Hey, first of all thank you for the plugin.
Well, my question is, i have a website for cool videos, and i have a fanpage. What i want to know is, the like/share button could be set it up for specific posts ? Or just for my fanpage in general ?
I want the buttons make a like/share for every post not just for my fanpage. Thank you one more time.
