Like/Share Button not visible on my blog site

I am using the Spun theme and I can’t see the Like button or the Share bar after all my posts when I open the blog site through my laptop. Though these buttons are visible when I use my phone. I tried customizing the theme too but it’s still not visible. Please help. Thank you.
