Which version of the plugin are you using?

Try to click “Test synchronization” on the plugin Settings page and let us know the results.

using version 1.9 – that is the current one as far as I can see.

I have tested synchronization and it shows “OK” and it was working till just a day or so ago.

I though I had found a work around it by putting my own parameters in a short code but it isn’t working again today.

I have disabled all plugins that weren’t there before and still no help. This is an expensive competition for it to be down like this.

Could you please send screenshots of the plugin Settings, Buttons and Statistics tabs.

I just realized that I had a cache plugin that I disabled when I first started having troubles but didn’t clear the cache. I cleared it and now they are working fine. I guess I need to see if I can set the cache plugin to not cache the posts with likes.

Quick Cache

the likebtn stopped working again. I don’t have quick cache installed anymore. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated since we have a bunch of Hip Hop artists getting upset with us.

I have run full synch manually, it was working till the weekend then it stopped. it didn’t lose the likes it had just not keeping any new ones
