Likes Button

  • Hello

    we installed wordpress and would like to add the Like button to our site:
    https://en.support.wordpress.com/likes/

    we cannot find any Marketing tab when we
    Click on Tools → Marketing

    Does the Like button not come with wordpress installation? Is this something specific to wordpress.com? How to get it? We are fine using a plugin for it as long as it doesn’t connect to the internet.
