Likebox not working anymore

Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. When I visit your site, I can see the likebox: https://a.supportally.com/P7lxXE.

There are a few reasons you may not be seeing it:

A GDPR plugin is installed and active but the GDPR setting is never changed in our plugin. This can happen if a Cookie/GDPR plugin is installed and active but the user acceptance button is not set up.

You are using Firefox, which has the ‘Facebook Container’ feature which will block Facebook content. Since the Likebox is an iFrame directly to Facebook, there is no way around this and you will only be able to see it after adding the site to the Facebook Container.

It is a temporary caching issue and you simply need to clear your local browser’s cache.

If you are still having issues let us know and in that case please let me know which device and browser you are viewing the site in.

Thanks for the feedback. I had a suspicion that it was linked to caching, but when clearing my site cache nothing happened (I don’t have a GDPR plugin installed).
I have viewed it in Firefox and all working, but when viewing it in Chrome (cleared cache), I still can’t see the Like box.

It is Chrome I am viewing this is an I am able to see it correctly. It may be connected to being logged in while viewing the page or other issues causing chrome to not be able to load the iFrame. I suggest clearing your cookies as well (keep in mind you will need to log back into any services you have logged into). If you have further issues, for us to be able to troubleshoot this please send us a support request on our website here, including the System Info from the plugin’s Support tab.
