Likebox doesnt work anymore since update

  • I had the Likebox in my Sidebar. I updated the Plugin and now its gone. I tried reinstalling, reactivating, deleting cache and minified CSS… nothing.

    So now this Plugin is completly useless for me.

    This sounds like it could just be related to our GDPR feature that was added yesterday and can be easily fixed – do you have a GDPR or privacy consent plugin active on your website? If so, you may just be seeing the GDPR-compliant version of the feed which hides the Like Box until consent is given by the user. You can disable the GDPR setting by going to Facebook Feed > Customize > Misc > GDPR, and changing it to be “No“.

    If this doesn’t resolve the issue, then could you open a support ticket here with a link to your website and your System Info from the plugin so that we can take a look? In future, if you’re able to contact us so we can help you fix the issue before leaving a review then we’d definitely appreciate it as we work really hard to provide quick and effective support to all of our plugin users ??
