Like Box only appears when user is logged in on facebook

    Hi,

    The like box only shows up whenever the user is logged in on facebook. If you clear the cache and user is logged off, only the title shows up. Is that normal behavior? Shouldn’t the like box be there all the time so they can like the page without being logged in to FB first. They’ll probably be prompted to logged in after hitting the like button.

    Hi,

    I didn’t set any restrictions to not show for logged out users.

    However facebook does for following reasons:

    If the Like box won’t display content to logged-out users, it’s almost certainly because there’s a demographic restriction on your page. The API (and social plugins) will only return information about such pages to users who meet the restrictions.

    It’s most likely that you’ve not yet published the page, have marked the page as being for users >18, for users in a certain country, or have marked the page as being ‘Alcohol related’ (which limits it to users of legal drinking age in their country)

    Yes! Somehow my page was restricted to 18+. I set it for anyone to see and it’s all good..thanks a lot! You don’t see a lot of plugin authors who provide support so fast like this..You rock!
