Like as not this won't work.

You’ll probably get this error message:
EWWW Image Optimizer requires exec(). Your system administrator has disabled this function

Unless you want to waste time searching for solutions and getting your server to turn on exec() whatever it is (and is it even safe to do so??) just don’t bother with this plugin.
