    All of a sudden my Lightspeed/Woocommerce integration has stopped working and I am unable to publish products to woocommerce, receiving the message “Woocommerce Publishing Pending’ . I have reached out to lightspeed support and they have said the following “Hi, would you be able to contact WooCommerce about this? The only error I am seeing is “We were unable to connect to your WooCommerce store with this URL. Please check that the URL is correct, otherwise there is an issue when trying to connect to the WooCommerce store’s server”. Your URL looks good and API Key and webhooks are all active. The only thing I can think of is that WooCom could be having some server issues or delays in publishing. Would you be able to confirm this with them?” Can anyone help with this please?

    To clarify, how is the integration implemented, in the first place?

    To get an idea of how your site is configured, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status, as exemplified here?

    Hi @dejahthoris,

    It appears that the quickforget has expired. Would you mind sharing it again with a longer expiration time?

    Additionally, are you using the Lightspeed POS for WooCommerce here? If so, you can try reconnecting Lightspeed in WooCommerce > Settings > Integration.

    If this doesn’t work, please open a ticket about this from Woo.com > My profile > Support. Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

    Thanks for sharing further details. However, after checking the system status reports, it seems no plugin is currently activated to integrate the Lightspeed POS with WooCommerce.

    Can you please explain how you integrated it? Also, it’s important to remember that this isn’t a default feature of WooCommerce core. You most likely used a custom plugin or code to integrate it. If things aren’t working as expected, your best bet would be to contact the plugin’s developers for further assistance.

    I wish I could help more, but hopefully, this gets you going in the right direction to get the job done.

    I’ve never needed a plugin before, it uses API has something changed? which plugin would I need. it has been working perfectly for over 6 years and now suddenly it has stopped.

    This is the error that I am now getting

    It stopped working on March 10, I am now getting desperate.

    Without more details, it’s hard to specify which one you might need. However, did you try enabling legacy API?

    We have tried legacy API, still no success, sadly at this point, having exhausted everything and because there is no actual woo support, we have now uninstalled and moved to a new platform.

    We’ve used woo for over a decade ??
