From what I can see, the reason is right there in the photo – “A late network request adjusted the page layout”. This may be related to how your local server is configured.

Unfortunately, we cannot advise much without seeing the site firsthand. Would it be possible to upload it somewhere online?

The website is not ready yet. And since layout shifts isn’t serious, I don’t think it’s worth hiring a hosting provider at this point. ??
