Lighthouse error 403 with Cleantalk Enabled

I am trying to run https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/ on my website and am able to do so with Cleantalk Antispam disabled, but not when it’s enabled. Instead, it returns this error…. “Lighthouse returned error: ERRORED_DOCUMENT_REQUEST. Lighthouse was unable to reliably load the page you requested. Make sure you are testing the correct URL and that the server is properly responding to all requests. (Status code: 403)”

I checked server logs of all IPs it uses during a successful scan and whitelisted of them in all 3 tabs of my personal whitelist (I have both spam and security). The IPs I whitelisted are 66.249.84.64, 66.249.84.68, 66.249.84.247, 66.249.84.35, 66.249.84.40, 66.249.84.244, 66.249.84.250, 66.249.84.66. (/32 is added on the spam tabs for each IP)
