LIGHTBOX working on one page but NOT WORKING on the other pages

I’m using the ENVIRA PRO but I can’t message you since my client didn’t supply the login information for your website.
The problem is that the LIGHTBOX seems to work in this page:
https://larajames.thetestbed.co.uk/kindwords/but not on the other pages like:
https://larajames.thetestbed.co.uk/gallery/bridal/I tried re installing and deleting other plugins that might be in conflict with the plugin but still the same.
