Lightbox Will Not Popup When Thumbnail Is Clicked

    You are using a third part plugin for that, so you have to ask to their support.

    Well even if i just display the gallery like on this page

    They are still not working. I have tried this with all plugins(except nextgen) disabled, while using the 2013/11 themes

    In that page the gallery is displayed by the Nextgen extension linked above.

    If you disable the extension, Nextgen alone can’t display the extension code, and the extension can’t work without Nextgen.
    * You have to ask to the extension support *
    If you want test Nextgen, you have to deactivate the extension and put in a page the nextgen code, not the extension code.
