@aresca – Although you theme appears to be created with a recent version of Artisteer that could still be part of the issue you are seeing, does it still happen if you temporarily switch to a default WordPress Twenty series theme?

Also, there may be a conflict with the Lightbox effects being used on your site, have you checked if there are any conflicts with other active plugins?

Oh yes… you got it. If i switch to twebty-twelve theme… lightbox effects works properly…
But anyway, NextGen Lightbox effect was working correctly with my custom Artisteer theme just up to a couple of weeks ago…. so, i suppose, it could be an update to NextGen that i’ve downloaded… I find Artisteer very easy, user friendly and fast… for what i need i mean…is there no way to fix all this?

@aresca – Our baseline for themes are the default WordPress Twenty series theme which we consider as themes using WordPress Best Practices. It another theme has an issue then we look to that theme as possibly creating the conflict.

Have you brought this to the attention of Artisteer, perhaps they are working on an update to correct for this. Otherwise, as much as you “find Artisteer very easy, user friendly and fast” it should be considered a base to work from and may need to be tweaked to work correctly.

As it is also a “paid” theme generator, we cannot reasonably offer support for all its possible configurations.
