lightbox reappearing on every page after close – set cookie?

    Hi there,

    How do we get the lightbox to appear only once? after closing, a cookie should remember the preferences.

    Hi jim,

    There is an option, Reappear after, in the behaviour section under Lightbox tab. Enabling it will help you to show your lightbox to your visitors once in 24hours.

    Do you need to have the premium version to enable this? I can’t seem to select anything on the behaviour section and the lightbox is repeatedly popping up even when I’ve subscribed. Thanks

    You don’t need premium version to enable the reappear option, however, the free version restricts you to customise the days after which the popup should reappear and defaults to 1 day.
