lightbox quit working with WC 3.1.0

  • WP 4.8, WC 3.1.0, Clean Commerce 1.0.8.

    The new photoswipe lightbox quit working after upgrading woocommerce to 3.1.0 today. It was working in WC 3.0.7 on my localhost test server. I tried reloading the 1.0.8 theme and reinstalling WC (even backed off to 3.0.7), but it didn’t change anything. The photoswipe CSS & JS files are not loading in the head and none of the pswp class elements are generated, even though the required add_theme_support is in the template functions.php file.

    I think there is something in the db that is causing this but I don’t know how to begin debugging this.

    Has anyone else come across this?

    The clean commerce theme does not include the photoswipe css and js loaded in the theme by default.

    Also, We are actually having trouble understanding the issue clearly. Are you using the external photoswipe plugin for gallery, or is it being used for the woocommece gallery. Please provide us the details with your website URL to the page you are having issues with so that we can help you debug further.

    I have the same issue as well. I added the following lines to function.php to enable the lightbox, gallery zoom and gallery slider woocommerce functionality but when doing that it messed up the main image and it does not center inside its container. Also the gallery slider does not seem to be available.
