Lightbox (PrettyPhoto) in wrong position?

The only thing I found is your theme’s scroll.js file – unfortunately I don’t really understand where it is called as most of the scripts are minified. My guess: this script is somehow interacting with PrettyPhoto – you might try to ask the developer for help.

Is that because I’ve got the optimisation option of Jigoshop turned on? Would disabling that be of any help in diagnosing the problem?
