Lightbox plus is not working

Hi!

I have a problem getting the execellent plugin lightbox plus to work for me. I have searched here on the forum and on the forum for the plugin which seems to not be active right now. In the FAQ for the plugin they mention some problem and they seem to not be the problem.

I have tried changing theme, not working.
I have deactivated all other plugins.
i do have a <?php get_footer(); ?> in the footer.

i write the code like this for the pictures:

The it is located in a script for a picture carousel <ul id="mycarousel" class="jcarousel-skin-tango">

The site is this one It is a WP 3.1 installation.

I would be very happy if someone could help me out with this problem.
