Lightbox on only attachment.php and not on single.php

Hi, I am facing a problem. When I activate the plugin it works on single.php means post page but not on attachement.php page.
What I want is that it only works on attachment.php so that visitor is not redirected to wp-content/uploads/ folder
I don’t want it to run on single.php too.
Please help.
