Lightbox on featured image

Hi,

Please, how can I remove that effect over the thumbnails? I dont want that text (resume or all the text). I dont want pass mouse over the thumbnail and the image dark or light. Just want the thumbnails without effects.

@cmaj, the blue skyline image goes to Lightbox in FF. What browser are you using? Did you try clearing your cache?

@rdellconsulting, I am actually talking about the image with a leaf in it – at the top of the post.

Just checking that you have Customise>Global>Image settings Lightbox effect on images CHECKED and taken note of:

If enabled, this option activates a popin window whith a zoom effect when an image is clicked. Note : to enable this effect on the images of your pages and posts, images have to be linked to the Media File.

The setting is enabled.

Note that when I set a featured image for a post using “Set featured Image” from my media library, I don’t get an option to ‘link’ it to media file. I guess that is the case for any wordpress installation.

Also, note that I am getting the lightbox effect for any other images attached to the post.

I’ve asked for support.

I’m afraid the answer is that it was not designed to work that way. Featured Images are not Lightboxed.
