Lightbox not working with PODS Image fields

Hi,
This is a great plugin, one of the few good ones that don’t need a manual code inserted. However, it doesn’t work on Pods images. I have Pods custom post type, and image fields in the custom post type. The images work as regular post attachments, and are displayed as so: <?php echo pods_image( get_post_meta( $post->ID, ‘small_image’, true ), ‘original’ ); ?>

Would you know if there is a fix for this or if this plugin can’t work at all with these image fields?
