For the record, the plugin lets choose CSS image selector and by default is:

.entry-content a:has(img)

Hi Andrés, I’ve made a note of the conflict with Photon. I tested on my own site, and I confirmed that there is a problem, but I do not have a workaround at this point. If this conflict gets resolved in a future release, I’ll let you know. Thanks for the report!

No, I do not have an update on this yet. I created a Trac ticket for it here:

I had previously noted it on our internal conflict list, but now with this ticket, you can add yourself to it to follow any progress on it.

Thanks, I’ve added a comment and added myself to the CC list.
I believe this should be with high priority as giving up on the Photon option makes the load of any WP site to be slower.

I seem to be able to use Photon and Gallery Share without any issues. The lightbox opens properly on my end, whether is active or not:

The Photon is now enabled.
If I’ll turn it off the lightbox will work.

You seem to be using another Lightbox plugin on your site, named “Simple Lightbox”.

Could you try to disable any other Lightbox plugins that may conflict with the Gallery Share plugin?

Do you mean the Tiled Galleries built-in in JetPack?
It’s not activated on my site.
Same for the Carousel, not activated.

Your site is using another Lightbox plugin named Simple LIghtbox:

This plugin modifies the output of all images inserted in your posts, so you might want to deactivate it to avoid any conflicts with the Gallery Share plugin.
