Lightbox not working on Windows

    Hello,
    We have installed this plugin to have a lightbox on our site, but it only seems to work on Firefox and Chrome on my mac. My co workers use windows, and they cannot see the lightbox when clicking on an image (it opens in a new window).

    We added a code to each image to have a lightbox BEFORE installing the plugin and, while it seems to work on Mac, the plugin only seems to work in Chrome for windows. We tried removing the old code for the custom lightbox we added, but nothing changes.

    Do you think there is some code in the theme that interferes with your plugin? why only on windows?

    we heard about this kind of issue at the first time, we have 100000+ active users and more then 600000 downloads, so if it was global problem, we will know about it.
