    Hi there,

On desktop the lightbox is working very well, but on mobile it’s doing nothing?

The two images in the blog should open in a lightbox and be able to zoom in.

    Thanks in advance,

    Laura

    Hi Laura,

I can see what you mean happening on your site. However, we are not able to recreate any similar issue on our end. This makes me wonder if the issue is perhaps that a cached version of the page (from before the lightbox) is being displayed. Are you by any chance using a cache plugin? If so, could you delete your cache and see if that makes a difference? If not, are using any plugin or tool to create the mobile version of your site, or is it just a responsive theme?

Oh that’s strange, so on mobile you do see the image popping up in a lightbox?

I have deleted and disabled caching, used incognito screen.. but still no lightbox on mobile.

    Hi Laura,

    Thank you for the update.

The lightbox on our test sites appears just fine on mobile. The lightbox on your site does not appear on our mobile. However, it does appear on small screen sizes on non-mobile browsers. e.g.: https://ibb.co/TbTc5bp

Sometimes a theme conflict can cause such issues. As a test, are you able to temporarily switch to WordPress’s default Twenty Twenty-Four theme, to see if that makes a difference?
