Lightbox not working even with [gallery ignore_gallery_link_urls="true"]

My lightbox (called Swipebox) does not work when I have WP Gallery Custom Links activated. even when i have [gallery ignore_gallery_link_urls="true"] on a gallery it still does not work. see https://dev.dealerhd.com/portfolio/

The lightbox I am using is supposed to be able to use youtube videos which is why i want to use your plugin ?? https://dev.dealerhd.com/products/custom-videos/
