    Hi, there appears to be a JavaScript error on your page which is triggered by your theme. These types of errors can stop other JavaScript (such as SLB) from running.

    I would recommend sending your link to the theme’s developer for support on resolving the error. Once the error is removed, SLB should be able to function properly once again.

    If you are still experiencing the same problem once the JavaScript error has been removed, please leave a comment here and I would be glad to reopen the ticket and take another look.
