Lightbox not working

  • The lightbox is not working on my site. I have tried to change all the settings, and all I get is either nothing – if I have it set to nothing – or the image page. This is whether I tell it to go to attachment page, lightbox, or lightbox gallery. And yes, I did check to see that I had gallery checked. This is a dealbreaker for me if it doesn’t work, and this is a paid plugin.

    Ideally, questions about our paid plugins would go on our own forum, not this one for the free plugin.

    I checked the link you provided, but since it’s not currenty set to show the lightbox, hard to say what’s going wrong here. This feature is tested and working, but since it relies on a javascript library, there is the potential for a conflict with other javascript on the site. Hard to say without being able to test it.
