Lightbox not loading

We are having the same issue. When clicking the thumbnails, they do not open. Check out gallery here. It does not work:

Hi,

Had the same lightbox issue. It was all working fine until after the 1.5.19 update, after that the lightboxes on my sites wouldn’t open as well. After rolling back to the 1.15.18 version it was all working again as it should. So the problem might be in the update itself not in other plugins?

I’ve updated it again on one site: https://www.berenlopers.nl After updating I cleared the website cache (including (minified) CSS/JS), the browser cache and fully purged the CDN cache. I then visited the website as a visitor (using several browsers and also in incognito mode) and logged in as an administrator. Using the site as a visitor the lightbox worked as it should while when visiting the site logged in as an admin the lightbox didn’t work, the lightbox doesn’t appear you just keep seeing the loading icon. With the 1.15.18 version, the lightbox works when logged in as an admin. I hope this information will be of any use to you!

Hello, the site is visible again. I updated the latest version of the plugin but it does not change anything. The lightboxes still do not open.

@ricotagirl please make sure that you have enabled Open Lightbox option from the shortcode options, seems Lightbox is not enabled when we are checking the code.

@alex-hamstra when logged in your Admin Dashboard, please open Developer tools of your browser on the page with this issue and look for Javascript errors on Console tab.

If possible, please send us a screenshot or a copy of the errors you see.
